چکیده
Background. Post-traumatic coagulopathy develops in 40 % of trauma patients and is the most common cause death them. The objective was to study analyze changes indicators coagulation hemostasis, evaluate frequency minor bleedings with polytrauma. Materials methods. A prospective observational cohort conducted among 35 a diagnosis polytrauma who were treated at Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Lviv First Territorial Medical Association” St. Luke’s Hospital, anesthesiology unit intensive care beds, from January 1, 2021 August 2022. inclusion treatment tranexamic acid on first day after evaluated by dividing obtained data into time intervals: prehospital stage 3 hours admission; 3–8 8–24 admission for treatment. Coagulation hemostasis assessed international normalized ratio, partial thromboplastin (PTT), level total fibrinogen D-dimers. occurrence determined visually. Research stages: (d1), third (d3) Results. We studied hemostasis: day, there significant increase prothrombin time, decrease index fibrinogen, an ratio PTT. On injury, all indicators, exception PTT, did not reliably differ similar control group. D-dimers stages higher than normal values. After assessing 1–5 days it found that such associated disorders. Conclusions. When analyzing we have revealed except became normal. It disorders; therefore, they might be vascular platelet or fibrinolytic
